Spotless, huge, family suite. So difficult to find rooms for family of 5 with separate sleeping areas and kitchen facilities. This surpassed all expectations in the spaciousness and spec/decor. Pool and water slide and hot tub were great treat! We had this to ourselves after long drive from Jasper, great to unwind and kids loved this.

The restaurant downstairs was delicious and beautifully decorated, but very slow service. The beds were super comfy, coffee was great, all the staff were great. I’d love to stay again.

Good location. View of smokey city to NW. Lots of food services choices in area as well as gas stations. Located on a main bus route. Room looked remodeled. Clean. Good HVAC controls. Nice toiletries. Comfortable bed. Two chairs including nice desk chair. Complimentary coffee and tea including Decaf which I like. Other coffee available in Main Lobby.

The AC saved us! Kamloops was so hot and the room was so nice and cool! The room was very spacious and clean! We really enjoyed the pool facilities! The water slide was a great bonus!

The staff were amazing! Helpful regarding burnt out light in our room, directions to things in the area. Even allowed us to park by the main doors as there was no stalls left and the street behind was also full.
